Our Finishing Department is where we fold and glue all of our cartons. Our folder gluers have different features that allow us to glue any size & style carton within reason. Our machines are equipped with state of the art glue guns. These guns can dispense hot or cold glue at any adhesion pattern at high speeds. We have the ability to apply double sided tape and security sensor labels. Our Bobst gluers also have scanning capabilities. We print barcodes on the carton glue flaps which are scanned as the cartons are passing through the glue machine. This is an in-house Quality Control measure taken to prevent cross contamination of similar looking cartons. Our Quality Control standards are stringent and precisely followed by our trained and certified personnel.
